Acceptance of Terms

By using the Rapid Response Portable Storage website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

Description of Services

Rapid Response Portable Storage provides portable storage container rental services. Our services include:

Delivery of storage containers to designated addresses.

Temporary or long-term storage, either at your property or securely in our warehouse facility.

Optional moving supplies available for purchase.

Use of Containers

Customers agree to:

Use containers solely for the intended purpose of storage.

Avoid storing hazardous, illegal, or flammable materials.

Return containers in clean condition, free from damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Fees and Payments

All fees must be paid in full upon scheduling or delivery. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards. Late payments may result in additional fees and/or container removal.

Delivery and Access

Customers must ensure adequate space for container delivery and pick-up, providing clear access to the property. Rapid Response Portable Storage is not liable for any damage incurred due to inadequate access or preparation by the customer.

Damage Liability

Customers are responsible for damage caused to containers while in their possession, excluding normal wear and tear. Fees may apply for significant damage or loss.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this period may incur fees.

Limitation of Liability

Rapid Response Portable Storage shall not be liable for:

Damage or loss of stored items due to improper packing, loading, or unloading.

Losses caused by natural disasters, accidents, theft, vandalism, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rapid Response Portable Storage harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our containers and services, including any breach of these terms.

Termination of Service

Rapid Response Portable Storage reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to non-payment, misuse of containers, or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
